Withdrawals

Withdrawing your funds from your trading account at ACFX is as fast as Funding your trading account!

All you need to do is follow the below steps:

Login to MyAtlas

  • Select on Cashier section and click on withdraw
  • Enter the amount you wish to withdraw
  • Fill in the withdrawal form
  • Click “Submit”

You will receive an email alert once your withdrawal request has been processed

Note: If you would like to pull out a report in order to view your withdrawal history, you will need to:

  • Select on My Reports in MyAtlas
  • Select on My Deposits & Withdrawals
  • Select the dates
  • Select Show

NOTE: If you wish to cancel your withdrawal, all you have to do is send an e-mail to your personal account manager stating the amount you wish to cancel along with your trading account number and full name.

Withdrawing for the first time?

Documents needed just once:

  1. Clear coloured copy of your passport or ID card
  2. Clear copy of a utility bill or bank statement that is not older than 6 months, where we can see your full name and your address.
  3. If you have funded your account using a credit card, please scan and send both sides of the credit card(the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits of the number of the front side need to be visible) hiding the middle 6 digits and the CVV number.

NOTE: In case you use a new/different card you will need to send us a copy!

You can upload your documents by logging into MyAtlas, or  you can send them by  e-mail  to your personal account service manager or to customer.service@acfx.com . NOTE: If you are sending your documents by e-mail please note your account number in the subject of the mail.

Once your documents have been verified you can the log into MyAtlas and fill in the withdrawal form

Once your withdrawal has been completed you will receive an e-mail confirmation from our accounting department.

Withdrawing your funds from ACFX is completely free of charge!

Process time for withdrawals

Processed by us within 1 business day. You receive your funds in 2 to 7 days depending on the withdrawal method

What you should do if you can’t see your funds?

Credit Card-In the event that you cannot see your funds, please provide us with your credit card statement showing a 20 business day time period.

Ewallets(Webmoney,MoneyBookers,Neteller,NetPay) Ensure that your details are correct. If all is correct then please send us a copy of your eWallet details along with a copy of your account after 7 days of your withdrawal request.

Wire Transfer

Wire transfers usually take up to 5 business days

  • Login into MyAtlas
  • Select on Cashier
  • Select on Withdraw
  • Fill in the withdrawal form

If you cannot see your funds within 7 business days, please inform your personal account service manager and in return our accounting department will provide a swift form for you to refer back to your bank.
