The Navigator window is a separate service window in addition to the Market Watch window and the Terminal. This window can be enabled/disabled by using the key combination Ctrl+N , from the main menu View -> Navigator or by clicking the button
on the toolbar.
The Navigator window provides quick access to various functions of the application. There are 5 groups in the window: Accounts, Indicators, Expert Advisors, Custom Indicators and Scripts, which can be opened by clicking with the left mouse button at the + sign adjacent to the corresponding group. There is a list of the available clients’ accounts in the Accounts group. Clicking with the right mouse button at the group will provide the option to open a new demo account. Double clicking with the left mouse button at one of the available accounts allows switching from one account to another.

This can also be done from the context menu which is opened by clicking the right mouse button and then clicking on the Open an Account menu item. You can also activate the selected account by clicking the Login menu item. To delete the selected account click the Delete menu item.
A list of technical indicators is contained within the Indicators group. To add an indicator to the current chart, double-click the selected indicator with the left mouse button. You can also insert indicators into the chart (or delete them from the chart) from the main menu (Insert -> Indicators ) or from the context menu of the chart.

The Expert Advisors group contains a list of the available Expert Advisors , as they are termed. The Expert Advisor is a program written in MetaQuotes Language II realizing a trading strategy. The advisor has access to the trading terminal data and is able to deal automatically.
You can create a new expert (Create), delete the selected expert (Delete), modify it (Modify) or attach it to the chart (Attach to a Chart) with the aid of the context menu.

When creating a new expert or modifying an existing expert, the MetaEditor is displayed. This editor provides all of the necessary capabilities to program trading strategies.
If the expert’s items are marked in red it means that their actions are forbidden by the server. In such cases, additional information should be requested from the company in which the account was opened.
