Live Trading Account Registration

I declare by my acceptance of these terms and conditions:
* To have read, understood and agree to the CFDs Client Agreement (Agreement) and all other provisions referred to in said Agreement as well as all provision on this website;
* To understand and accept that the Agreement and any other relevant terms and conditions (as amended from time to time) apply to my entire trading relationship with AtlasCapital Financial Services Limited (ACFS);
* To have received, read and understood the product information material relating to the relevant products
Furthermore, by my acceptance of these terms and conditions I confirm:
* That the information provided by me and inserted in this form is correct;
* That the investment amount has been chosen by me taking my total financial circumstances into consideration and is by me considered reasonable under the circumstances; and
* That ACFS is entitled to send newsletters or other investment material to me by Email, or similar electronic messaging services, and that I must inform ACFS in writing or otherwise, if I do not wish to receive such material.
I acknowledge and agree by my acceptance of these terms and conditions that personal information submitted by me to ACFX :
* May be used by any entity within the Atlas Group (as defined on this website) for the purpose of providing trade recommendations, trading activities, sales and marketing information including new products and services;
* May be shared with a third party agency working on behalf of ACFS with the purpose of performing client analysis for the use of ACFS's sale and marketing.
* May be shared with any introducing broker for the purpose of completing the due diligence and approving my application.
