Classic Account Terms and Conditions

Introduction

All content on the ACFX website is owned by AtlasCapital Financial Services Limited (“ACFS”) an Investment Firm regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission with license number CIF 085/07.

ACFS reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate these terms and conditions or any aspect of them, at any time and without prior notice.

ACFS may make changes to these terms and conditions and will notify you of these changes by posting modified terms and conditions on the ACFX website. We recommend that you revisit the website regularly, and by your continued use of the ACFX website and services you accept any such modified terms and conditions.
 

Terms and Conditions for the ACFX Classic Account

These terms and conditions are subject to the same legal requirements as all other Accounts, and supplement the terms and conditions of the CFDs Customer Agreement (the “Agreement”).

By signifying acceptance to these terms and conditions on the website you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, the Agreement and you confirm receipt and understanding of the General Risk Disclosure Policy, the Risk Disclosure Policy for CFDs, the Order Execution Policy, the Conflict of Interest Policy and to all other terms and conditions on the ACFX website.
 

Limitations to the Classic Account

1. The minimum allowed initial deposit for opening a Classic Account is 50 USD.
2. The maximum allowed initial deposit is 9999 USD.
3. More than 30 currencies pairs available.
4. ACFS reserves the right to upgrade your Classic Account to a VIP Account upon the balance reaching more than 20,000 USD or the equivalent.
5. ACFS reserves the right to upgrade your Classic Account to a VIP Account upon its own discretion and notification of client.
6. The minimum allowed contract volume per trade is 0.01.
7. The maximum allowed contract volume per trade is 50 lots.

9. Only one Classic Account can be opened per Client.
10. The leverage of the classic account shall be up to 1:500.

Risk Warning

CFDs are leveraged products and carry a high degree of risk. As such they may not be suitable for all investors. Investors should ensure they fully understand the risks associated with CFD trading before deciding to trade. Investors may choose to seek independent advice and should not risk more than they are prepared to lose.
