Zero Spread Account Terms and Conditions
Introduction
All content on the ACFX website is owned by AtlasCapital Financial Services Limited (“ACFS”) an Investment Firm regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission with license number CIF 085/07.
ACFS reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate these terms and conditions or any aspect of them, at any time and without prior notice.
ACFS may make changes to these terms and conditions and will notify you of these changes by posting modified terms and conditions on the ACFX website. We recommend that you revisit the website regularly, and by your continued use of the ACFX website and services you accept any such modified terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions for the ACFX Zero Spread Account
These terms and conditions are subject to the same legal requirements as all other Accounts, and supplement the terms and conditions of the CFDs Customer Agreement (the “Agreement”).
By signifying acceptance to these terms and conditions on the website you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, the Agreement and you confirm receipt and understanding of the General Risk Disclosure Policy, the Risk Disclosure Policy for CFDs, the Order Execution Policy, the Conflict of Interest Policy and to all other terms and conditions on the ACFX website.
Limitations to the Zero Spread Account
- Available Currencies are: EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY, USDCHF, USDCAD
- Minimum Trade Size is 0.1 Lot
- Leverage is 1:100
- Minimum Deposit is $500, Recommended Deposit is $1500, Maximum is 9,999 USD
- Commission is 1.5 USD per mini lot for EURUSD and USDJPY, 2 USD per mini lot for GBPUSD, USDCHF and USDCAD.
- No swaps will be charged, all positions will be automatically closed by 21:59 GMT every day
- Bonuses do not apply
- This offer cannot be combined with any other offer
- IB's and or referrals do not qualify
- ACFX reserves the right to convert any account to a regular account on its own discretion after informing client
