With regards to the communication of January 14th, 2010 sent to the National Securities Market (registration no: 2010002549) on the modification of services that ATLASCAPITAL FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD wants to develop in Spain, the position of our company, as a free provision of services, is as follows:
Investment Services and activities and Ancillary services.
With respect to the activities of the company, here are the main indications:
- To respect the rules contained in the Law 24/1988 of July28th, of the Securities Market and its implementing rules and especially those governing the secondary markets with which the company wants to purchase the membership.
- Regarding the implementation of advertising on Spanish territory or activities directed to investors resident in Spain, we have to follow the rules established in the Laws 34/1988, 35/2003, 22/2007, Royal Decree 1310/2005 and any rule of public policy which could be applied.
- To respect the obligations of the Law 19/1993 on certain measures to prevent money laundering.
New possible changes to the content of the reported information will be communicated to the National Commission of Securities Market before doing the change.
